Analysis of sector specific professionalisation trends and their promotion through development of new occupational ways and perspectives

Working out Best-Practice solutions as well as interfaces with respect to the requirements for qualification and the need for qualification in the partner countries
Survey of the sector with respect to the qualification of the target group of handicapped persons (above all of people with learning disabilities) as well as of „unskilled and semi-skilled" persons employed
Analysis of existing networks and standards for the promotion of Europe-wide network structures
